Why documentation matters
For technical products and services, public documentation is proof of discipline. It lets visitors see how a product is framed, what it is for, what it is not for, and how evaluation should begin.
What belongs here
Public pages, buyer education, rollout guidance, terminology, feature explanations, security posture summaries, and roadmap-safe status notes belong in the public KB. Internal implementation notes and private client details do not.
